BBQ Cheddar Turkey Meatloaf Minis

Meatloaf in 30 minutes! Ground turkey is mixed with classic herbs and seasonings, flavorful breadcrumbs and cheddar cheese. Your favorite BBQ sauce tops off these tasty mini meatloaves. They are a snap to make and easy to love!

  • 2 lbs ground turkey
  • 1 egg plus 1 egg white
  • 3/4 cup seasoned breadcrumbs, Italian or Garlic Herb
  • 1/4 cup onion, diced small
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 6 oz cheddar cheese, cubed small
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • Cooking spray


  • Preheat oven to 400° F. Spray cups of two muffins tins with cooking spray and set aside.
  • Add turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic powder, parsley, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire to a large bowl. Mix well (I used gloved hands).
  • Add cubed cheddar and mix.
  • Using a large cookie scoop or spoon, add about 1/3 cup meat mixture to muffin tins. Drizzle tops with BBQ sauce. Should make about 18 mini loaves.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°. Serve immediately.
