Ground beef, onions, diced tomatoes, macaroni, and cheese are all it takes to make the easiest, tastiest dinner!
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small yellow or white onion, diced (about 3/4 cup)
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- black pepper, to taste
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup elbow macaroni
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
In a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat, brown ground beef and onion. Drain grease if needed.
Add tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, water, and macaroni. Stir to combine. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
Add cheese and stir until melted. Serve immediately.
