Cream cheese, cheddar, crispy bacon, fresh jalapeno and BBQ seasoning are mixed and stuffed into ground beef patties then grilled to perfection. The juiciest, most decadent burgers ever!
In a medium-sized bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar, bacon, jalapeno, and BBQ seasoning. Mix well and set aside.
Preheat grill or smoker to high heat.
Portion 1/3 pound of ground beef then divide that into two equal, thin patties. Make sure circumference is the same. Add 2-3 tablespoons cream cheese mixture to one patty. Top with another patty and seal edges well. Set aside on wax paper and make five more burgers.
Place burgers on grill and cook until one side is brown and seared (time depends on the type of grill used). Flip and continue cooking until desired internal temperature is reached. (145 degrees for medium rare, 155 for medium, 160 for medium well)
