Easy Slow Cooker Creamed Corn

Corn is slow cooked with cream cheese, butter, milk and seasonings for a simple, creamy, delicious side dish.

Slow Cook 4 hours hrs
- 24 oz frozen corn kernels
- 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
- 5 tablespoons butter, cubed
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Optional garnishes:
- Sliced green onions
- Chopped fresh chives
- Chopped fresh parsley
Add all ingredients to a 3-4 quart slow cooker.
Cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours. Once done, stir to combine everything. Garnish with green onions, chives or parsley if desired.
