Pumpkin Spice Hot Chocolate

Perfectly sweet homemade hot chocolate is made even better with the addition of pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice. Finish it off with whipped cream and mini chocolate chips for the coziest, most delicious drink!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups milk, 2% or whole
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Toppings

  • Whipped cream, canned spray or homemade
  • mini chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a medium-sized sauce pan. Whisk to combine over medium heat for about 5-10 minutes. Stir often. Do not boil. Serve immediately with desired toppings.
