Hello friends! I am so excited to tell y’all about my new series of virtual cooking classes. The idea sparked recently when I started a discussion on garlic over on Instagram. I revealed that I’m a garlic snob! Yes, I will only use real garlic, never the jarred stuff. The response was so interesting!
So many said that they only used the jarred stuff because they are intimidated by fresh garlic. I used to be as well but learned how simple it is to use and would love to teach you everything I know. How to choose, use, prepare, and cook with it. The flavor difference is night and day!
Are you ready to learn from the comfort of your own kitchen? Here’s how these classes will work… Once you pay for the class through Venmo (only $20), you’ll follow my private cooking class Instagram page www.instagram.com/cscookingclass. I’ll go live on the day of to teach my class (time TBA) and save the live video to the page for 2 weeks. If you can’t be on during the live, you can view at your convenience and still ask questions in the comments.
During those two weeks I’ll also share other tips, tricks, and recipes that go along with the subject. Once the two weeks are up, I’ll delete and start all over with a new class. Sounds fun huh?
